Welcome! I am excited to be teaching first grade here at Centerville Elementary where there is a history of excellence and a caring community! It is my goal to continue to inspire students to be the best they can be! I am Miss Kennedy. I am originally from Thomson Georgia where I attended Thomson High School, Home of the Bulldogs! I received my Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Fort Valley State University. In addition, I also hold a Master’s degree from Troy University. Since 2004, I have been blessed to work in my purpose as a teacher in various grade levels. In the 2020-21 school year, one of my greatest accomplishments was being voted as Teacher of the Year!
