Bio

Hello! My name is Marlyce Eubanks and I'm excited to join the Centerville Elementary School as a 3rd grade teacher. I bring with me over a decade of experience in education, having spent the past 10 years teaching at Lee County Elementary School. The first three years were in the classroom teaching math. The last seven years, I taught 3rd-5th physical education. This school year marks my 11th year and my first at Centerville Elementary School.

I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise and Health Science: Physical Education from Bryan College. I went on to earn my Master’s Degree in Kinesiology from Georgia Southern University in 2021 and recently completed my Specialist Degree in Advanced Educational Studies with a STEM/STEAM Endorsement from Augusta University in June 2025.

Outside the classroom, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and friends. In addition, I also serve as the head volleyball coach at Houston County High School. A passionate sports fan, I proudly cheer on my Tennessee Vols and enjoy following a variety of sports throughout the year.

I look forward to an exciting year of growth, discovery, and connection with my students and school community.
